The CHP is looking for your assistance.

On 04/22/17, at approximately 4:31 am, a multiple vehicle collision occurred in the area of southbound 99 and Main St. in Ripon. During the collision, one party sustained fatal injuries. One of the involved vehicles fled the scene traveling southbound on 99. A large piece of vehicle body plastic was found at the scene. Through our investigation, we were able to the determine that the piece of body plastic belongs to a 2010-2013 Dodge Caravan or Grand Caravan. The color of the vehicle is dark charcoal. The body plastic piece came from the front bumper assembly, so our suspect vehicle would have damage to its right, front section. The photo below is of a similar looking vehicle.
