The Ceres Police Department wishes to thank the public, those who shared the request for information and the tipsters who quickly responded to the request for assistance in locating the friends and family of Thomas Joseph Cervantes, a murder victim who was found in a freezer on April 14th at an abandoned Ceres automotive shop. A great deal of information was provided to investigators that was crucial to the investigation and helped them find his loved ones for proper death notification. We also appreciate our partners in the media who help bring attention to tragedies such as this. Thank you. Brandon Loyd
Sheriff's Detectives are looking to locate Brandon Loyd. Loyd has felony warrants for burglary and vehicle theft. He is armed and considered to be dangerous. Loyd is believed to be riding the pictured 2002 Suzuki GSXR, with license plate of CA 20W6643. Loyd has ties to Delhi, Newman, Gustine, Patterson, Grayson Los Banos and Dos Palos.

Robert Piatt
Stanislaus County Sheriff's Detectives are looking to locate this individual. Robert Shane Piatt, 58 years old, has warrants for continuous sexual abuse of children under the age of 14 years old and under the age of 10 years old. Piatt was last seen driving a 70's model Dodge Executive Motor Home, white with green trim, like the one pictured. Piatt is known to frequent the Keyes, Modesto and Oakdale area.
